Shipping & Returns Policy
All products and services leave our warehouse in proper condition and all care is taken while they are in transit. If you have given us the wrong address and goods are undeliverable we will charge you another delivery fee. A nominal delivery fee of $9.00 plus GST is charged for Perth Metro orders. Country / Interstate customer please nominate your courier company and provide us with your courier account details.
For items to be sent by Australia Post the postage charges will be calculated and our Customer Service will contact you by email before sending .
All Stationery items take upto 48hrs or more if they are not in stock and customer will be informed on the stock status.
Custom printed envelopes take upto 14 days to manufacture.
